KÖNIG ’s ” obligations and responsibilities regarding KÖNIG products are governed solely by the agreements under which they are sold. KÖNIG products are subject to the limited warranty and adjustment policies that KÖNIG may issue for its products from time to time. Nothing contained in this website modifies or limits such warranties and adjustment policies in any way.

Retail Clause

KÖNIG Reserves the right to alter price, product information, product availability and all contents contained within without providing prior notice. KÖNIG reserves the right to refuse any or all sales for any reason at any time without providing any reason or explanation of any kind. 

KÖNIG reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Site Store, or to any portion of the Style Shop Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the KÖNIG Style Shop Store, or any portion of the KÖNIG Style Shop Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the KÖNIG Style Shop Store, or any portion of the KÖNIG Style Shop Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

KÖNIG is not responsible for typographical errors. KÖNIG reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the KÖNIG Store concerning the pricing, shipping or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order. KÖNIG reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the KÖNIG Store at any time. 
KÖNIG may make changes to any products or services offered at the KÖNIG Style Shop Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the KÖNIG Store with respect to products and services may be out of date, and KÖNIG makes no commitment to update the information provided at the Apple Store with respect to such products and services.
